Privacy
Which details the form and the chat collect, what the branch keeps, and how to ask a privacy question.
This page explains what happens with an enquiry you leave. It is not legal advice. We follow the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and we ask only for what is needed.
The enquiry form
The form asks for a first name, a last name, an email address, a phone number, a locality, a branch, a topic, and an optional message. Please do not include a medical history, an identity number, or medical documents.
We keep the details at the branch for that locality, so we can call you back. A meeting request and a request to prepare a form stay there too. If something was not saved, the form says so, and the surest step is to call the branch. You can attach only a PDF of an official form, not medical papers and not an identity card.
The website assistant
The conversation stays in the browser until the page is closed, and we do not keep it. Each question is checked against the website content and the sources marked on it.
When a question is phrased further, only the wording is sent, after an email address, a phone number, and a number that looks like an identity number have been removed. Without that step the question stays here, and the answer is built from the pages on the site.
Measurement
We do not send the content of enquiries to a measurement tool. If such a tool is turned on later, it receives only the kind of action, such as a phone click or opening the conversation, without the message itself.
A privacy enquiry
Write to yhatutzim@gmail.com or call a branch. Say that the enquiry is about privacy.
