Support during employment
Support does not end on the first day. We stay with the employer during the employment, with social-worker supervision.
Yad Harutzim stays with the employer for the whole employment, including after placement. Our team includes social workers, field staff, branch managers, and clerks, and the support is supervised by social workers.
During this period questions come up about the contract, housing, wages, changing a worker, or a change in the medical situation. The binding conditions are set by law and procedure. The branch helps clarify what to do in practice and whom to contact.
